Bobby Garcia
Rosemary is the parent of an adult daughter with special needs currently still living at home. For many years, she has had her own business purchasing and renovating distressed residences with a view to rent and/or resell.
She has also done a lot of volunteer work for both kids and adults with disabilities resulting in improved services, including art & music programs, additional placement options, and recreation programs.
Most recently she founded the "Cool Club" a day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program was adopted by the City of Dallas, as a permanent program within the Bachman Recreation Center.
Rosemary continues to purchase and upgrade properties,
Since purchasing a foreclosure and remodelling it to meet her daughter's future housing needs, she has become aware of the severe shortage of such appropriate housing in the Dallas area.
She now places special emphasis on helping families in a similar situation, and has teamed with builder and construction specialist Bobby Garcia to initiate opportunites to help alleviate the current housing crisis for this segment of the population.
Bobby is a Construction Specialist and has been in business for over ten years.
He has a wide range of experience in projects of all sizes, ranging in scope from the renovation of a five star hotel in downtown Dallas, to a six story office building, apartment complexes, condominiums and single family homes. No job is too big or too small, and Bobby’s vision empowers him with the ability to translate the potential of each project into the realization of his client’s dream.
A husband and father of five, Bobby loves spending time with his family. Together with his wife, Nancy, they enjoy entertaining in their home on a weekly basis. They are very much involved in working with families within their church community.
Bobby has a spirit of excellence in every endeavor he undertakes. His engaging personality invariably puts a smile on the face of all he meets, and he delights in “Making Your Home Beautiful”.
Bobby’s dream is to be able to assist in meeting the housing needs of those individuals with special needs who would not normally be able to have their own home, and ensure a safe, comfortable home for every individual.
